A classic Chardonnay, fermented and matured in oak barrels, enriched with aromatic complexity, rich taste and the ability to evolve inside the bottle. It is served chilled, at 10-12°C, with white meat, soft cheese, pasta and fish. Although it is ready for consumption, it will keep maturing within the bottle for another 2-3 years to come.
Petritis
An authentic white wine from the local variety Xinisteri, that grows on mountainous vineyards. Fresh and aromatic, it combines the rich fruit of this variety with a few elusive oak notes that result from its partial maturing in selected oak barrels. It is perfect for fine flavours, mainly sea food, pasta, white meat and creamy cheese. Best served at 8-10°C.
Skopos Shiraz
A classic wine crafted from the Shiraz grape. It derives its complexity and characteristic aromas from the maturation in new oak barrels. Although it is ready for immediate enjoyment it can be aged for 3-4 years. The recommended serving temperature is between 16 and 18 °C. This wine is at its best when partnered with red meats, dishes prepared with red sauces and hard cheeses.
Rose
For our ‘’Kyperounda Rose’’ we have selected two red grapes that complement each other and create a rose wine representative and worthy of the region. The Grenache Rouge grape gives the wine its unique fruity aroma, while Shiraz provides an intense, bright note, rich flavour and an aromatic lingering finish. A crisp rose best served at 10-12°C.
Commandaria
Commandaria belongs to the category of dessert wines, but it can also be enjoyed at the beginning of a meal as an aperitif.
