Skopos Shiraz
A classic wine crafted from the Shiraz grape.
It derives its complexity and characteristic aromas from the maturation in new oak barrels. Although it is ready for immediate enjoyment it can be aged for 3-4 years.
The recommended serving temperature is between 16 and 18 °C. This wine is at its best when partnered with red meats, dishes prepared with red sauces and hard cheeses.
