Product and Marketing Responsibility
We are strong believers that the quality of our products has a direct and substantial impact on our continuous growth as a business. The company’s objective is to produce products of the highest quality, and in doing so, to meet or surpass any legislative, government and other requirements. Our Quality Policy outlines our focus and actions taken in this direction. We are proud to have been awarded the Golden Words award by Carlsberg International in 1998 as the best Carlsberg brewery and more recently in 2005 to have been achieved the 1st place out of all Carlsberg Breweries worldwide for consistently high quality.
At Photos Photiades Group, we strongly disapprove of excessive drinking and ask our consumers to “Drink Responsibly” and “Appreciate in Moderation”. Always drink below the statutory limits when driving.
In addition, we are committed to proper product labelling in primary and secondary packaging to meet both the statutory requirements and to best inform our consumers of the product they are consuming. To this effect, we have a specific customer complaint procedure which we monitor regularly for any irregularities in our products.
At Photos Photiades Group, we have a continuing program of consumer insight audits to monitor what our customers think of our service and the way in which we operate. Simultaneously, we have a continuous program of market research carried out to monitor what our consumers think of our products and how we can best serve them. Through both these programs we receive vital information which we evaluate and use in our future endeavours.
To maintain our high quality, we screen and test new suppliers of our raw materials to ensure the high quality of our products. These include sample testing and on-site inspections all codified in a set of quality procedures. Our suppliers of raw materials and primary packaging are selected following guidelines from Carlsberg International that outline the required specifications.
