First produced around 1824 by John Haig. It consists of around 40 percent of malt whiskies including the Glenkinchie and Linkwood single malts. Today Haig is a very popular independent brand for whisky connoisseurs in Greece.

Alimos Chardonnay
A classic Chardonnay, fermented and matured in oak barrels, enriched with aromatic complexity, rich taste and the ability to evolve inside the bottle. It is served chilled, at 10-12°C, with white meat, soft cheese, pasta and fish. Although it is ready for consumption, it will keep maturing within the bottle for another 2-3 years to come.
Petritis
An authentic white wine from the local variety Xinisteri, that grows on mountainous vineyards. Fresh and aromatic, it combines the rich fruit of this variety with a few elusive oak notes that result from its partial maturing in selected oak barrels. It is perfect for fine flavours, mainly sea food, pasta, white meat and creamy cheese. Best served at 8-10°C.
