B&G Passeport Vouvray

Pressing of the grapes and overnight settling; controlled alcoholic fermentation in order to preserve the residual sugar. The winemakers aim to produce wines that are perfectly balanced beween fresh fruit and floral aromas. Pale straw with green highlights. B&G Passeport Côtes de Provence

Using traditional winemaking techniques, special care for the grapes after the picking to avoid oxidation and to preserve the light pink  colour. Ageing on fine lies for 2 months before bottling. Bordeaux Rouge

Cabernet and Merlot grapes are vinified and aged separately in French and American oak barrels, before being fined. Intense and brillant red colour. Attractive nose developing intesense fruity aromas (blackcurrant, redcurrant) combined with spicy and toasty notes. Well-balanced and complex, with ripe fruit flavours and a long aftertaste. Red meats, poultry, cheeses. Serve at 14-16°C.
