Grande Vento – Prosecco

Grande Vento is a white, dry sparkling wine Prosecco, with bright yellow colour and green shadings. Aromatic notes from green apple and white flowers. It has fresh, elegant and gentle flavor with balanced acidity. A wonderful accompaniment with variety of dishes and tastes such as cheese, pasta, seafood and sushi. Ideally served as aperitif and appetizer. Served at 7-9°C .

Castello di Querceto Chianti IL Picchio

It has a deep ruby/crimson colour, and a nose that’s immediately perfumed and seductive, with graphite and smoky tobacco, but very tight and glossy red fruits too. It is best enjoyed with red meat roasts, braised dishes.

Castello di Querceto Chianti Classico 2008

It has a brilliant ruby red colour with a compound, delicate and appealing bouquet. This chianti is a dry, balanced, wine with a soft and elegant body. It is best enjoyed with red meats dishes and cheese.

Castello di Querceto Chianti 2009

It has a brilliant ruby red colour. Youthful with scents of ripe and fresh fruits. Medium body with vinous, lightly tannic. It is best enjoyed with pasta, white meats.

Frascati Superiore

Hand-picked in 15kg cases. Gentle grape pressing and selection of different must fractions. Static clarification and separation of dregs. Addition of selected yeasts. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (about one week). Cold filtering to stop alcoholic fermentation. Cold tartaric stabilization in February. Blending and bottling in March.
