Terra Serena Prosecco

Terra Serena Prosecco

Prosecco comes from a rustic and vigorous grape variety with hazel branches and clusters that are big enough, long and rarely distributed on the grape vine. It’s actually a flavored grape variety. Three types of Prosecco are spread around the world.

Prosecco Tranquillo is the most known and it comes from grapes that are very well ripen.

Prosecco Frizzante which is semi-sparkling is the most informal and easy to drink from all of them.  And Prosecco Spumante, the third kind, is absolute-sparkling and is divided into three other subtypes: raw, dry and extra dry.

All of them are straw-colored with green shades and you can feel a nice, pleasant fruity smell.

Prosecco is ideal as an appetizer and it goes best with the fish and the white meat. It is recommended to be served at a temperature between 7 and 9 degrees Celsius.
