While the other gins subtly infuse only peel we go all in and give the fruit a little more love. Small batches. Fresh fruit. Not iust peels. The freshest grapefruit, orange, lime. And chamomile sets our gin apart and gives it flavour.
And in the process it has turned a few heads. Four years of winning double gold and being the only gin in the world spirits hall of fame. Not bad for a decade old gin.
A simple marriage, really. A little craft, a lot of fruit and the citrus shines.
