Hand harvest. Fermentation in 1200 l wooden barrels from Schloss Johannisberg oak. Aging on the fine yeast for months.
Characteristic: Deep Lemon yellow color. Complex, fine characterized nose with aroma from mellow apricots, quinces, pears and white blossoms. With a waft of fresh herbals. Solid and intensive on the palate with fresh, animating acidity and long aftertaste.
Ideal with dishes of pale meat, fish and seafood. Delicate poached veal tenderloin on porcino with mashed potatoes.
