Rose Boutari Sec

Rose Boutari Sec (Dry) is mainly produced by the most noble of red varieties of Northern Greece, Xinomavro. The restless character of the variety along with the particular characteristics of the international varieties in the blend, leads to a rosé with a distinct personality.

Bright pink colour, strong aroma of red fruit, dominated by cherry, pleasant palate, restless with a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste.

Also served as an aperitif. An excellent companion for pasta dishes, cured meats, white and red roasted meats and cheeses with a subtle fine taste. Versatile, can accompany almost any flavour. Served at 12-14 °C.
