Pommery Brut Royal
Created in the grand tradition of the House of Pommery. Cuvée Louise was inspired by the personality of its founder, Madame Jeanne-Alexandrine Louise Pommery.
It begins in a specially reserved and clearly demarcated vineyard. To ensure the full purity of the wine, the harvest grapes and the pressing follow specific, well-defined rules.
Numerous aromas are unleashed in various registers ranging from mature red berries, over notes of beeswax and freshly dried acacia to flourishes of quince pate, all of them set off by a flourish of minerality that imbues this Louise with generosity and roundness.
On the palate, the overall sensation is limpid, clear and without artifice, this champagne encompasses the freshness and finesse of silk enhanced by the reassuring warmth of velvet.
