Pinot Grigio
Pinot Gris was born thanks to a bud mutation of the Pinot Noir grape, with which, apart from the colour, it shares nearly all characteristics. The Pinot variety first came to Italy from Burgundy.
It pours a straw yellow almost coppery colour, the mild fragrance is accompanied by a remarkable complexity of aromas.
Noble, with a strong texture and admirably well-rounded, this wine has just a touch of sweetness and mouthwatering freshness.
It is the ideal wine for important meals, perfect with fish-based appetizers, Radicchio Rosso di Treviso, risotto, white meats and fish.
