Ode
Originating from Korinth, Ode is produced from two charismatic varieties. The mild Agiorgitiko and the rich Cabernet Sauvignon are blended to give life to a red wine that is recommended for further ageing.
Red, velvet colour, with aromas of red fruit, plum and blackberry, which co-exist harmoniously with aromas of ageing, dominated by pepper and vanilla; and all embraced by the subtle and fine aroma of oak barrels. Mild palate, filled with an intense, aromatic, lasting finish. Its character continues to evolve further through ageing in the bottle.
An ideal suggestion for red meat dishes with sauces and soft yellow cheeses. Served at 16 – 18 °C.
