Brand Description – Damm. Story of Estrella starts more over 140 years ago, when the young brewer August Kuentzmann Damm emigrated from Alsace with his wife Melanie, fleeing the Franco-Prussian War. The journey took them to the Mediterranean coast, where they settled to fulfil their dream: to brew beer.
Inedit is a unique product created by Ferran Adrià – the most globally awarded Chef – and Damm’s brewmasters. Inedit Damm este un produs absolut unic, realizat de către Ferran Adrià – cel mai premiat chef la nivel mondial – și de maeștrii berari ai Damm. Inedit was especially created to complement even the most refined and challenging gastronomic preparations: from salads and vinegars sauces, asparagus, artichokes, seafood, salmon, tuna, cheese. Its taste is very intense, with a great fruit and floral aromatic complexity. Inedit is served in a glass of white wine filled up to half, so that you can truly appreciate the intensity and aromatic complexity of the liquid. Alcohol Volume: 4.8% vol.
