Hand harvest and gently pressure. Fermentation – 100% stainless tank. Aging on the fine yeast for 5 months.
Characteristic: pale straw yellow. Wonderful aroma of ripe peach, mirabelle and apricot jam with a hint of caramel. The palate is fruity and well balanced with fresh lemon.
An ideal accompaniment to fruity desserts with a slight sweetness such as an apple pie or matured Manchego cheese, Appenzeller served with fig mustard.
