Hand harvest and gently pressure. Fermentation – 85% stainless tank, 15% wooden barrel – 1200 l (wood from our own “Schloss Johannisberg” oaks).
Yellow – Green, medium depth.
The nose shows notes of yellow stone fruit and grapefruit. The palate is juicy, fine balanced with a hint of sweet. The wine is highlighted with a pleasant minerals.
