Gelblack Trocken

Hand harvest and gently pressure. Fermentation – 85% stainless tank, 15% wooden cask – 1200 l (wood from our own “Schloss Johannisberg” oaks).
Aging on the fine yeast for 4 Months.

Characteristic: pale straw yellow with green reflection. The wine shows well-marked aromas of ripe citrus fruits, fresh pineapple and orange blossom with a hint of flint stone. On the palate it is a typical Riesling with mineral, fresh and crisp.

Ideal with dishes made of Fish, Poultry, Vegetables and Pasta. A crispy baked poulard with truffled mashed potatoes.
