This special blend promises to offer an explosion of aromas. Following various experimentations with the blend, Malvasia Aromatica harmoniously combined with the cosmopolitan Chardonnay and the fruity Vilana, offers a truly unique result.
Brilliant wine, yellow white colour with greenish tints. The complex aromatic character of the wine is reminiscent of lemon blossom, pineapple and notes of honey. Its palette is rounded by vanilla elements, originating from its short stay in barrels. Full body, rich, well balanced, with a high acidity and alcoholic content. It offers a long aftertaste.
Chilled, it is a pleasant accompaniment for fish, poultry and seafood dishes, with white sauces and aromatic boiled vegetables. Served at 6 – 8 °C.
