Pressing of the grapes and overnight settling; controlled alcoholic fermentation in order to preserve the residual sugar. The winemakers aim to produce wines that are perfectly balanced beween fresh fruit and floral aromas.
Pale straw with green highlights. Great nose of subtle white flowers mixed with white fuits A lovely and intense wine with floral notes, peach and pear flavours.
