Maison Saint AIX is located on the largest domain in the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-provence area. The domain was founded in 1880 as a truffle orchard and was converted into a vineyard in the early 1900’s. It has about has about 75Ha or nearly 200 acres.
AIX is perfect for an aperitif and with fish, pasta, creamy cheeses and sushi.
