Deep red, attractive colour and a rich aromatic bouquet, with a balance of red fruit aromas, like plum and the sweet notes of ageing, vanilla and cocoa. Rich, well-structured, balanced, with a velvety aftertaste.
A perfect accompaniment for red meats with sweet vegetables and sweet sauces. Also served chilled as an aperitif in summer. Served at 14 – 16 °C
