PPD Global is proud to announce outstanding success at the Campari Group SEMED Convention, held this September in Albania, where teams from Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia were recognized with three prestigious awards. Competing among 20 partners representing 30 markets, PPD Global stood out for its excellence in delivering impactful, creative, and fully integrated brand activations.
These achievements highlight PPD Global’s ability to transform brand strategy into memorable consumer experiences across on-trade, off-trade, media, and experiential platforms.
In particular, PPD Global Romania was awarded Best Integrated Communication for the Aperol Summer Campaign. The jury recognized the campaign’s seamless, fully integrated strategy, successfully connecting media efforts with engaging on-trade, off-trade, and event activations. The award celebrates the team’s ability to deliver a cohesive 360° consumer experience that brought the Aperol brand to life across multiple touchpoints.
PPD Global Croatia received the Best On-Trade Activation award for the Aperol Summer Project. The campaign transformed premium outlets through fully customized brand experiences, including DJ booths, branded lounges, swings, surfboards, and more. Complemented by dynamic third-space events, social media campaigns, and a branded boat tour, the activation generated impressive brand visibility across HoReCa, OOH, and digital channels.
PPD Global Slovenia was honored with the Best Off-Trade Activation award for the “Spritz Up Your Aperitivo” campaign. The project demonstrated the power of off-trade activations in building brand equity, driving trial, and creating strong emotional connections with consumers, reinforcing Aperol’s relevance in key retail environments.
