Main Duties

• Implements a maintenance program through visits to points of sale with the aim of maintaining and cleaning Draught devices,
• Installs Draught devices at various points of sale, in collaboration with the Sales Department of the province and his immediate supervisor,
• Makes emergency visits for the purpose of repairing the device within a reasonable time from the moment he receives the information from the customer,
• Maintains and/or repairs devices, such as refrigerators, with the aim of their proper operation,
• Informs and trains customers on the proper use and maintenance of Draught machines,
• Attends events where mobile Draught devices are used with the aim of solving any problems that may arise.

Required Qualifications

Education & Professional Experience

• High School or Technical School Diploma in a relevant field including Electrical Engineering and Electrical Applications, Mechanical Engineering, etc.,
• Diploma and work experience as a Refrigeration Technician,
• Excellent knowledge of the basic principles of electrical engineering and engineering.

Skills

• Organizational and communication skills for excellent customer service,
• Responsibility and teamwork,
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
