Our Program gives the opportunity to newly fresh graduates to experience real business within a dynamic company and get exposure to the quality aspect of a production process. We are seeking bright, ambitious and self-motivated individuals looking to launch a successful career by completing an 18 month training program which consists of various modules of the production cycle.
Successful candidates will be assigned to an Internship Training Manager, providing them with daily guidance, coaching, feedback and supervision. Upon the completion of our Graduate Scheme, the Trainees will be given a detailed Reference Letter describing the training modules and their general performance and professional behavior.
The Trainees will receive a remuneration especially designed for the Scheme and will register with the Company’s HR Department as an “Internally Recommended Professional”, should the Company has available vacancies in the future, which suit his/her academic qualifications and personality characteristics.
